As some of you may know, Merriweather Post Pavilion has a selection of pinball machines inside the venue. I will be hosting a tournament over this coming weekend June 22-23. The person to get the highest score on AC/DC (Premium) (Stern, 2012) over the course of the MPP run will receive a lossless (ALAC) download from Live Phish for their choice of either night 1 or 2. There will be a second place award of a sicker pack of both official and Phan made origins. There could possibly be a third place sticker prize pack as well if we have enough participation. I'm not sure how much visibility this will get being the first of its kind, in addition to, what the MPP Phish head and pinhead overlap is. Hopefully there will be people interested in playing.

How To Enter: Play the AC/DC machine and take a picture of your high score (displaying the machines full back glass and dot matrix display). Post the picture of your high score in a comment reply to this post before the end of the Monday June 24th. Winners will be announced/contacted on Tuesday June 25th. There is no fee to enter, but the machine itself is only $0.25 a play! Please share your score with us, even if you don't think it is very high.

AC/DC was selected because it is the newest machine they have, which I'm hoping will mean the best chance of uptime. If AC/DC is down when the shows starts, then we will fall back to The Rolling Stones (Stern, 2011) and I will post a notice about it here. The machines are located on the west side of the venue near the food stands. Here is a map of the pinball machines location.
On a side note, Mom's Organic Market in College Park, MD has 37 machines in a 'secret' side room and is 26 min from the venue. I may be there for some time on Sunday. 50 cents a play, all day!
