It would seem that my installed version of Office 365 University is not updating. It is currently showing as 15.0.4481.1005 and is claiming that there are updates available. Clicking disable and enable automatic updating doesn't seem to trigger anything, and clicking on Apply updating does nothing. I am very conscious of the fact that my computer Microsoft account is different to my Office 365 user account, and that clicking on My Account suggests I don't actually have a copy of Office 365! Even when I do manage to log on to My Account, and Microsoft recognises that I do have a copy of Office 365, that still doesn't enable an update. Am I missing something?

Is having a Microsoft Account and an Office 365 confusing the issue? It's certainly confusing me!!! I am beginning to wish I had never bothered to upgrade - particularly so close to exams and major dissertations!!! I thought the whole idea of Office 365 was to simply matters, not compound the confusion!
